The Leading for Equity Institute starts Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 5:00pm, and runs through Sunday, January 20, 2013 at 1:00pm. Westerbeke Ranch is conveniently located in gorgeous Sonoma valley, and registration includes gourmet meals and hot tub access. The environment… Show more is intimate, relaxing, nurturing, and peaceful.
Accomodations at the ranch are single-sex occupancy, ranging from 2 people to 4 people per cabin. Â If you have special needs and prefer to stay off-site, please indicate in your registration and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Cancellation Policy
We offer a full refund for registrants who cancel at least two (2) weeks prior to event start date. Â We accept registrant substitutions up to one (1) week prior to event date. Â In the event that you register and do not attend, you are still responsible for full payment. Â Â
