Drawing Nature's Contours

No drawing experience is necessary to observe and record the patterns we see all around us. Nature's contours are fun to record and spark our imagination. In the morning, we'll make quick line sketches in our notebook while enjoying the abundance of wild beauty in Point Reyes. In the afternoon, we'll create one longer drawing using the morning's experiences to compose a pattern from nature on paper. Joan will demonstrate and sketch along with you while providing insightful critiques and hints on technique. Bring paper and pencil and be an artist for a day!
