We know you want to get in shape, get strong and fit after the birth of your child. Our post-natal fitness program focuses on strengthening and toning key areas like the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. The post-natal fitness program includes consideration of diastisis recti, a painless splitting of the abdominal muscles that is common during pregnancy. The program consists of private and duet and small group equipment classes.
