A unique, arts–based, thematic festival that sustainably highlights and celebrates the Petaluma River while raising much needed funds for the The David Yearsley River Heritage Center, a project of Friends of the Petaluma River. This community festival includes over 100 musicians, an art boat flotilla and drag races, aerial acts on the River, artesian merchants, engaging non-profit organizations, $5 weddings, local food vendors, theatrical performances, and amazing children and teen activities.
