This is a great place to learn about mushrooms and all of the animals that live on or in them. We’ll look for different kinds of berries and watch for the birds that come here in the winter to feast on them. We’ll compare the different kinds of forests as we go: oak, madrone, redwood, and California bay. We request that no animals (except service animals) attend. Heavy rain may cancel. If questionable weather, call (415) 893-9527 on the morning of the walk to see if cancelled.
